After years of managing insurance claims for medical and dental practices, ProPractice Solutions and Agrippon Software founder, Brad Billings, recognized the critical need for secure and HIPAA compliant means to communicate requests for critical information needed by the central billing team to the clinical providers. The traditional means of communicating claims information needed by the billing team from the clinical providers, ie sending emails and spreadsheets, created significant HIPPA violations and subjected private patient data to being susceptible of being compromised. THE PROBLEM; that secure and private communication platform didn’t exist in the entire healthcare industry!
Brad Billings set out to fundamentally change the way billing teams communicate claims information needs to the rendering clinical providers, and in 2022, he launched ProPractice Solutions and the Agrippon Software platform that provides a totally secure, completely private, and HIPAA compliant cloud-based claims communication software platform, AGRIPPON.
